Embodied Coherence Movement Practice
Embodied Coherence Movement Practice is a movement-based practice focused on improving physiological coherence — the coordinated functioning of breath, posture, movement, and nervous system regulation. The class explores how coherent patterns of movement and attention can support stability, adaptability, and ease in the body.
Practices draw from a range of ancient and modern movement disciplines, including yoga, qigong, club and rope swinging, joint articulation, and strength-through-range approaches such as Kinstretch, PAILs, and RAILs. Sessions may vary in pace and intensity, moving between slow, exploratory work and more dynamic, rhythmic movement.
This is not a fitness class or a therapeutic intervention, but a practice of embodied awareness and coordination. Movements are adaptable, and participants are encouraged to work within their own capacity and curiosity.

A Guided Look at the Cycles of 2026 & Candle Intention Setting
Join us for a grounding New Year gathering exploring the themes and rhythms of 2026. This guided session offers insight into seasonal and energetic cycles to support reflection, clarity, and alignment, followed by a candle intention-setting experience to anchor what matters most for the year ahead. Participants will be gently guided through: The major seasonal and energetic themes of 2026, Key moments of reflection, growth, and recalibration, How archetypes and elements help explain life patterns in simple, relatable ways and Opportunities to pause, reflect, and identify what feels most important moving forward.
The session concludes by transitioning into a candle intention-setting experience, where participants will anchor their insights into a tangible intention for the year ahead — creating something meaningful to carry forward as a reminder of clarity, focus, and alignment. In the candle portion of the workshop, you'll craft your own personalized candle using all-natural ingredients, while also blending custom scents and incorporating natural elements that resonate with your intentions for the season.
