All Welcome -No cost
Grief is when your perspective of self changes.
Did you lose someone? Or a pet? experience divorce or loss of job? what about getting married or getting a promotion?
Loss is a part of life. It can be debilitating or mild.
We will have similarities with others and have our own unique experiences.
This support group is for you to explore, learn and receive support along YOUR journey.
