4-week series to awaken your navel center. Build inner fire, ground your energy & fuel your new year with authentic vitality
Join Michelle for a transformative four-week practice series focused on awakening and strengthening your navel center—your body's energetic powerhouse.
Through warming and grounding Kundalini kriyas targeting the solar plexus chakra (Manipura), we'll cultivate inner fire, build digestive strength, and establish a deep sense of personal power and stability.
As we step into the new year, this series offers a meaningful way to stoke the fire of motivation from within. Rather than forcing change through willpower alone, these practices help you connect with your authentic energy source—your navel center—so your intentions for the year ahead are fueled by genuine vitality and inner strength.

Embodied Coherence Movement Practice
Tuesdays and Fridays, 8:00-9:00am
with Gaura
Embodied Coherence Movement Practice is a movement-based practice focused on improving physiological coherence — the coordinated functioning of breath, posture, movement, and nervous system regulation. The class explores how coherent patterns of movement and attention can support stability, adaptability, and ease in the body.
Practices draw from a range of ancient and modern movement disciplines, including yoga, qigong, club and rope swinging, joint articulation, and strength-through-range approaches such as Kinstretch, PAILs, and RAILs. Sessions may vary in pace and intensity, moving between slow, exploratory work and more dynamic, rhythmic movement.
This is not a fitness class or a therapeutic intervention, but a practice of embodied awareness and coordination. Movements are adaptable, and participants are encouraged to work within their own capacity and curiosity.
