Yoga and Tarot

New moon in a new year: We’ll begin with postures and breathing exercises before we each pull a card to learn what might await us in 2026.

This all-levels workshop combines a gentle flow of hatha yoga, breath, and the wisdom of the tarot to create a holistic experience that supports body, mind, and soul. Basic heart-opening postures encourage both physical flexibility and mental-emotional openness, allowing you to receive inspiration and guidance from within and beyond.

Nancy McCaochan has been teaching yoga and consulting the Tarot in its various forms for over 3 decades. She is adept at using yogic practices to create states of awareness that are ripe for intuiting what the cards have to say.
